Jose Alvarez is a youth advocate and co-founder of Noble Sheep, a motivational speaking organization for young people. He was raised by a single father in a small community that lacked educational resources. Due to his father’s love and hard work, he and his sister Ismelda both obtained scholarships to attend the University of Florida. Alvarez earned a B.S. in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences and a M.S. in Leadership Development. He travels throughout the United States encouraging at risk youth to use education as a way to improve their lives and help advance their communities.
